2018 Honda Civic Type R - Full Bolt-On Track Monster

About This Build

Started as a daily driver, now a dedicated track car that sees occasional street duty. The FK8 responds incredibly well to bolt-ons - with just intake, downpipe, exhaust and a Hondata tune, I'm making reliable power that puts down consistent 12.8s in the quarter mile. The PRL Cobra cold air intake gives incredible turbo sounds and measurable gains. Paired with the PRL downpipe and a custom catback, the turbo spools noticeably faster. The Hondata FlashPro tune ties it all together - the stock ECU has so much left on the table. Suspension is BC Racing BR coilovers with Swift springs, plus the 27WON rear sway bar. Car is flat through corners now. Running Titan7 T-S5 wheels wrapped in RE-71RS for track days, stock wheels with PS4S for street. This car has been dead reliable through 40+ track days. Changed the differential fluid to Motul and run Motul 300V in the engine. K20C1 is an absolute beast of an engine.
